The position is full-time (Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm) with competitive pay and excellent benefits

This role is responsible for keeping the community clean and orderly. Maintenance/Gardening Staff will perform duties such as pressure washing, light maintenance & repairs, landscaping work (e.g. remove weeds from landscape beds, raking mulch, light tree trimming, spraying weeds in sidewalks/walkways, etc.), and all other duties as assigned. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

Pressure washes common areas

Clean common areas

Pick up landscaping debris around the community.

Gardening work (e.g. remove weeds from landscape beds & planters, raking mulch, light tree trimming, spraying weeds in sidewalks/walkways, etc.).

Communication with the manager directly to ensure he / she is aware of current and foreseen concerns.

Submit recap of non-completed and completed work orders to the manager bi-weekly. Set up and break down for community events (twice a year).

Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Ability

An ability to follow oral and written directions, fill out logs and journals, and to keep all applicable areas in a clean, working order.

Requirements

Minimum Experience

At least 1 years’ experience in a professional setting.

Special Requirements

Physical Demands: Stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and balance regularly. Lift and adjust heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Must maintain safety procedures at all times to avoid injury. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty to a satisfactory level.
