Employment Type: Full-Time
Join a well-established Condo Management Company certified as a "Great Place to Work" several years in a row.
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Traveling Maintenance Department.
Duties Include:
- Maintain the cleanliness and physical integrity of the property.
- Respond to all requests for maintenance service courteously and professionally.
- Following through on completion of work requests.
- Communicate with residents regarding work requirements and make the necessary arrangements to resolve their needs.
- Must have the ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
- General repair & upkeep of the building's interior & exterior areas.
- Must have basic computer skills, email, and apps.
- Manage and train AOC technicians.
- Must be able to respond to after-hours calls on a rotating basis.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the knowledge and ability to perform hands-on general maintenance.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and have a broad range of maintenance skills.
Must Have Basic Handyman Tool Set Up Required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for long periods of time.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Reliable transportation is a must. Company vehicle within 90 days
