Job Description

 

We are in need of a full-time Pressure Washer to join our growing team. The position for one of our beautiful residential communities located in Spring Hill, FL.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Pressure washing of all Common Areas
  • Assist with daily room setups prior to heading out to pressure wash
  • Empty pool trash and clean pool area daily as shared with the Maintenance Technician on the team
  • Perform monthly sidewalk inspections and repairs
  • Perform semi annual inspections of the community fence line
  • Assist maintenance staff with clubhouse projects when there is inclement weather
  • Perform other tasks when needed as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager

 

Requirements

 

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:

 

  • Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with residents
  • Work cooperatively with other staff members
  • Work well without supervision
  • Work in a safe manner and maintain safety protocol standards at all time
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Be able to work flexible hours when needed
  • must have a vehicle that can tow 3,500 pounds to haul the pressure washer

 

Education, Experience and Expectations:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • Employee is expected to arrive and leave at specified times, Inform Community Manager directly if there is a need to arrive late or leave early, or if need to be absent
  • Must follow association guidelines regarding proper language, dress and prohibition against engaging in non-company activities during company time
  • Reliable dependable, able to work without supervision, able to interact with coworkers and residents in a pleasant, cooperative manner
