Job Description
Associa is currenlty looking for a Property Inspector to join our team in Saratoga Springs, UT. The Property Inspector's job is to monitor and maintain the appearance of the HOA property. This role involves driving or walking through the community to identify and document any violations. The Property Inspector will need to organize and report the findings using a tablet or phone, including taking photos of any issues and communicating via email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and document community violations by walking/driving the property
- Use a phone or tablet to track and organize violations
- Take clear and organized photos for reporting purposes
- Email reports of findings to management
- Understand and enforce community rules (training provided)
Requirements
- Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and email
- Strong organizational skills for tracking and reporting violations
- Ability to take clear and detailed photos of issues
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot violations
- Valid driver's license
