What we need: An awesome, part time, maintenance technician to ensure our community is clean and in good repair. This position is reports to the Community Association Manager working 20 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends.

What You’ll Do:

 

Check with office to pick up work orders.

 

Ensure the pool deck is clean and empty all trash cans and restock pool bathrooms.

 

Repair anything that you are trained to repair, report all other things to the office that need to be repaired.

 

Check trash containers around community and empty as necessary.

 

Have a positive working relationship with vendors, residents, board members and Management Company.

 

Manage work schedule accordingly, within the daily routine, perform all duties within a timely manner, keep work areas safe, clean and efficient at all times.

 

Report any and all occurrences and concerns to Community Manager immediately.

 

Have the ability to work responsibly without supervision.

 

Responsible for maintaining grounds on property.

 

Requirements

 

Qualifications:

 

Deliver great customer service

 

Have the ability to determine emergency situations from normal issues which can be prioritized based on the individual case

 

Communicate efficiently with vendors, community members, board members and management. This must be done in a respectful and clear manner

 

You must be able to address, understand and develop a rapid response to any and all situations reported to you or the management company

 

Be receptive to completing other tasks assigned but not listed on this description

 

Physical Demands:

 

This position works a large portion of the time outdoors, so incumbent must also be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand and walk for extended periods of time, bend, squat, kneel, use hands and fingers to grasp, and may be required to repetitively lift and move up to 50 lbs.
