Luxury High-Rise Condominium General Manager Opportunity in Hudson County, NJ

Seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager for a prestigious luxury high-rise condominium located in Hudson County, NJ.

Your Role

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the administration, management, and operation of the condominium. Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, you will ensure the smooth operation of the association by establishing and approving policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. By integrating and coordinating the activities of association personnel, vendors, and contractors, you will effectively respond to the needs of the community.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the objectives set by the Board of Directors and uphold their policies, procedures, and resolutions.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the association's governing documents, rules, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Oversee the financial management of the association.
• Prepare specifications for all required association services.
• Conduct regular property inspections to enforce compliance with rules and regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.
• Attend all Board meetings.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and consistently provide exceptional customer service.
• Possess strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate in fluent written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred CMCA designation, as well as a commitment to obtaining the CMCA, AMS, PCAM designation, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Property Management.
• Prior experience managing high-rise buildings is required.
