Job Description
Exciting Opportunity at Taylor Management Company in Hudson County, NJ
We are looking for a dedicated on-site General Manager to oversee the administration, management, and operation of a Luxury High-Rise Condominium. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the smooth running of the property and provide high-quality support to the community.
Responsibilities
- Meeting Board expectations by implementing policies, procedures, resolutions, and goals.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the Association's governing documents and legal requirements.
- Handling the financial management of the association.
- Drafting specifications for services required by the association.
- Conducting regular property inspections to uphold rules and regulations.
- Managing relationships with vendors.
- Active participation in all Board meetings.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English communication and Microsoft Office.
- Preferably holding a CMCA designation or a commitment to obtaining relevant designations.
- At least 3 years of experience in Property Management.
- Prior experience in managing high-rise buildings.
