Temporary Lockbox Specialist

CINC Systems, LLC is looking for a temporary Lockbox Specialist to join its Miami team. The individual will be responsible for serving clients by processing payments received in the designated P.O. boxes. The individual will work to ensure exceptional customer service in performance and delivery of lockbox services. This will be achieved by maximizing productivity and providing quality lockbox processing services.

Assignment expected to last up 12 weeks with the possibility of extension

Shift: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Pay: $15-$17 per hour based on experience

Essential Duties

• Sorts and opens mail from various Post Office boxes.
• Scans items into check scanners.
• Keys any rejected items utilizing the Lockbox program on PC.
• Responsible for balancing lockbox with CINC.
• Collects and sends correspondence each day.
• Pulls exception items as indicated by CINC.
• Maintains all lock box items for 90 days, after 90 days, ensure items are set for document destruction.
• Posts payments received through lockbox, which are not accompanied by a corresponding coupon.
• Researches payments with incomplete information for posting to the appropriate homeowner association.
• Posts payments which are split among several accounts as necessary.
• Processes payment returns as necessary.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will be exceptionally skilled in the area of attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to review details quickly and accurately. Candidates must possess a GED or High school diploma and one to two years of accounting/bookkeeping/lockbox or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, 10 key by touch, and type a minimum of 40 wpm.
