Lockbox Specialist

Description

 

CINC Systems, LLC is looking for a full-time Lockbox Specialist to join its Commerce, Georgia team. The individual will be responsible for serving clients by processing payments received in designated P.O. boxes. The individual will work to ensure exceptional customer service in performance and delivery of lockbox services. This will be achieved by maximizing productivity and providing high quality lockbox processing services.

 

Essential Duties

 

• Sort and open mail from various Post Office boxes.
• Scan items into check scanners.
• Key any rejected items utilizing the Lockbox program on PC.
• Balance lockbox transmissions with CINC.
• Collect and send correspondence items each day.
• Pull exception items as indicated by CINC.

 

Requirements

 

Ideal candidates will be exceptionally skilled in the area of attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to review details quickly and accurately. Candidates must possess a GED or High school diploma and one to two years of accounting/bookkeeping/lockbox or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, 10 key by touch, and type a minimum of 40 wpm.
