Live In Superintendent

Maintenance of all building components such as plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical systems, safety systems, swimming facility, garage and building grounds.

Manager and supervise staff and vendors.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.

Overseeing construction projects from start to finish

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with residents.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports and work orders and change orders.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years + experience

Strong knowledge of building mechanics such as plumbing, heating, air conditioning etc.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Black Seal Broiler License

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
