Job Description

 

The Lifestyle Coordinator will oversee the performance and operations of a recreational facility. They will provide excellent customer service to all the residents and visitors. Coordinating events at the community will be in partnership of the community manager and staff.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Oversee recreation events to ensure that they meet specific goals, guests’ interests and needs and corporate philosophies.
  • Develop, plan, and implement enjoyable programs and activities for guests to promote fitness, wellness and enrichment.
  • Keep records to improve future recreation planning, documenting guest reception and participation.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

 

Skills and Knowledge:

 

  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of State of local governmental safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a expert level.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • Highschool or equivalent required
  • 2-5 years of directly related or closely related experience
