Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking an onsite Full-Time Resident Lifestyle Specialist to join our team at our luxury association, One Steuart Lane in San Francisco.

Compensation: $30 per hour + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm, Events schedule will vary.

Job Summary

The Resident Lifestyle Specialist is responsible for the concierge and lifestyle services within the community. This role provides information, monitors/oversees the amenity spaces, and arranges trips/events/activities/ transportation (both on and locally off-site), and dining reservations for residents. The Lifestyle Specialist must have a flexible schedule in order to accommodate the client's needs, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the Resident Amenity Spaces
• Concierge Services
• Plan and host Resident Social events and activities
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for in-person and virtual events and activities

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of event planning and or related experience. Hotel or luxury residential experience preferred.
• Must be over 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must have a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• College degree preferred
