Opportunity with Taylor Management Company for a Passionate Lifestyle Director

Are you passionate about creating engaging and enriching experiences for a community? Taylor Management Company is looking for dedicated and creative individuals to join our team as full-time Lifestyle Directors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality enrichment program for our community residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Coordinating: You will be responsible for the overall planning and coordinating of social events, programs, and community activities. This includes preparing newsletters and flyers to effectively communicate with residents.
• Facility Management: As a Lifestyle Director, you will handle the maintenance of clubhouse facilities. This involves ensuring that the facilities are in excellent condition and ready for use by residents.
• Daily Operations: You will oversee the daily operations of the community, assisting the Community Manager as needed. This includes addressing any issues or concerns that arise and providing support to ensure the smooth functioning of the community.
• Weekend and Evening Events: The Lifestyle Director will also be responsible for setting up and attending weekend and evening events as needed. This includes ensuring that all necessary arrangements, such as catering and entertainment, are in place for a seamless experience.
