Job Description
Our Company is seeking an experienced, and highly motivated Lifestyle Concierge/Amenities Supervisor to join the team for our high-rise luxury condominium in Midtown Miami/Edgewater, FL.
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday (11:30am-7:30pm)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is REQUIRED!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greets and signs-in residents and their guests.
- Handing out pool/gym towels as requested
- Learning all gym equipment and answering questions regarding use of such equipment
- Ensure all areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift (including gym equipment)
- Booking common area amenities
- Changing water in water dispensers located in both the gym and spa on a daily basis
- Reviews and implements policies and procedures to facilitate the use of amenities by owners and their guests
- Controls access to amenity areas such as the theater, spa, and pool areas.
- Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of High-rise Condominium experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills. An upbeat and outgoing personality, who enjoys interacting with residents/children.
- An independent worker, that is reliable, punctual, calm under pressure, logical, analytical with stellar skills and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish required
- A proven team oriented focus to maintain efficiency during periods of high volume
