Job Description
Lifestyle Director at Bellwether:
Lifestyle Director Provide/Update online portal to inform residents of special events, programs of interest, club/group meetings and activities
Lifestyle Director with the activity program rooms. Assist with scheduling, use and special events.
Food and Beverages are permitted in the facilities with approval from the Lifestyle Director or the Lifestyle Assistant. Items brought by caterings firms must receive approval after notice to the Lifestyle Director or Assistant. Activity and meeting rooms may be reserved through the Lifestyle Director or Assistant. All room reservations must be submitted in writing or online.
Assist in the Reservation consultations that take place at the Clubhouse
Lifestyle Director/Assistant and the Community Manager will have the ultimate discretion in applying the prioritization system for reservations:
Declarant Events
Community Association Events
Community Clubs/Groups
Wellness partner events
Resident, Non Community Association events and interest groups
Cancelations must be received in writing and provided to the Lifestyle Director/Assistant no later than 10 business days prior to the event
Entertainment groups may be contracted by the Association, close coordination is required with the Lifestyle Director/Assistant
All rooms may be reserved through the Lifestyle Director/Assistant
Assist in all aspects of Events, notices and communications as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Required
Associates Degree Preferred
7 – 10 years of directly related or closely related experience
5 – 7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
