Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifestyle Director located in Fort Myers, FL. The Lifestyle Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day lifestyle activities, coordinating personalized programming, and ensuring a high quality of life for residents. They will also oversee community events, engage with residents, and collaborate with other departments to enhance community engagement.
Qualifications
Experience in lifestyle programming and event management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders
Knowledge of community management principles
Experience in working with diverse populations
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
