Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking a full-time experienced Lifestyle Coordinator / Concierge in the Palm Bay area with excellent customer service skills and a magnetic personality. Hours can vary depending on the needs for coordinating with concierge scheduling and events, competitive pay, and great benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities. Position Summary

The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing social, educational, and entertaining programs, activities, and clubs to enhance the overall community lifestyle of our residents. Creating and nurturing unique relationships with each resident to assure the community’s needs and desires are met is key to being successful in this position.

This position requires part-time concierge duties and part-time Lifestyle Coordinator duties for a foreseeable amount of time until a possible transition of the Lifestyle Coordinator should become full-time with Lifestyle Director duties only.

Must be capable of performing position duties with minimal direct supervision.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in program development and event planning.
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with our active-adult residents.
  • Demonstrate strong creative and organizational skills.
  • Possess impeccable communication skills, including the ability to lead presentations, meetings, and group activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, social media management, and mass email communication platforms.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and remain professional under all circumstances.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry approximately 30lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, encourage teamwork, and promote Leland Management’s company philosophy in your onsite location.
  • Recruit and coordinate community volunteers
  • Club organization and charters
  • Manage community website updates and social media account(s)
  • Provide additional facility oversight in coordination with Association Manager
  • Facilitate private event reservations, site tours, and post-event inspection with members who reserve space
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills as a daily onsite presence and an additional point of contact for the members
  • Assist with concept design, planning, logistics, and execution of existing large-scale live events
  • Establish a daily routine to develop, implement, and coordinate lifestyle programs, activities, and classes geared toward our residents
  • Conduct an assessment to determine which activities the residents would be most interested in pursuing and/or participating
  • Devise and execute creative marketing and communications strategies to assist with events
  • Edit, produce, and distribute regularly scheduled e-bulletins
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive events calendar for both digital and print (clubhouse) distribution
  • Produce, maintain, and follow an annual budget for activity income and expenses; provide quarterly financial reports for all Lifestyle-related activities
  • Solicit and secure sponsorships/advertising and support from local businesses and organizations
  • Oversee and process invoices from sponsorships, events, and vendors
  • Order necessary supplies for Lifestyle events and develop/track inventory
  • Coordinate permits with City / County for community events
  • Take photos of community events, parties, and other special occasions
  • Nurture lasting relationships with residents, vendors, and local businesses
  • Attend Board Meetings and Community Events as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned by Association Manager
    • Oversee Clubhouse Maintenance and Clean Up
    • Assist in Common area community inspections
    • Filing, scanning of leases and required community documents as assigned
