Position: Lifestyle Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Lakewood Ranch

Job Overview

The Lifestyle Assistant will collaborate with the Lifestyle Director to plan, implement, and manage various community activities and events. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, event coordination, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing community events for residents.
  • Work closely with homeowners, volunteers, suppliers, and employees to ensure event success.
  • Support the Lifestyle Director with event logistics and daily operations.
  • Provide operational and administrative assistance as needed.
  • Oversee the clubhouse and ensure compliance with clubhouse rules and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Outgoing, cheerful, and customer-service oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Constant Contact, Website Management, and Publisher is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting to 25 lbs and walking the premises.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends based on event calendar.

  • Schedule: Part-time, hourly with some weekend hours required.
