Job Description
Entry Level - Intermediate Level
The Lifestyle Assistant's primary responsibility is to work directly with the Lifestyle Director and act in accordance with the policies of the Board of Directors and the Taylor Management Company to build a quality lifestyle program at a given management community.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones and greet residents in a pleasant manner
- Keep bulletins up to date (electronic and physical)
- Reserve rooms for clubs, committees, and board - as needed
- Keep community calendars updated
- Maintain locker room system and game distribution
- Collect and enter payments for events and create deposit slips
- Assist in event setup and execution including some nights and weekends
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Create and maintain email distributions
- Inventory Supplies
- Other duties as needed by the Lifestyle Director
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, team player
- Flexible in understanding last-minute changes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Friendly and helpful in interactions with residents
- Strong sense of customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
This position is Mondays through Fridays from 9AM – 5PM with occasional schedule changes, based on event needs.
