LICENSED Property Manager - Large HOA

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR UPWARD MOBILITY!!

The person filling this position will oversee all operations of a large 1000+ HOA to include property maintenance, ARC Committee, Compliance Committee, and monitor Landscape, Lakes and Wetlands contracts.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Oversee the management of the community, including but not limited to:
• o Ensure vendor compliance with Landscape contract
• o Ensure vendor compliance with Lake and Wetland contract
• o Oversee Compliance: attend one nightly meeting per month, work with residents to remedy violations
• o Oversee ARC: attend one nightly meeting per month, work with residents to ensure projects are completed per specifications.
• o Ensure community standards are maintained through appropriate property maintenance.
• o Assist with annual budget and reserve
• Ensure that the maintenance and cleaning of community facilities is being performed to the required specifications.
• Assist the board in identifying and analyzing alternative solutions to problems that may emerge.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from the board, residents and others.
• Monitor and verify vendor invoices
• Administer insurance
• Administer rules and regulations
• Manage relationships and contracts with vendors and contractors
  
  

The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws. Community Association Managers must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
