Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Property Manager based in Key West, FL. The Licensed Property Manager will oversee daily operations and manage residential properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing the highest level of service to residents and associations. Responsibilities include financial reporting, vendor coordination, property maintenance, staff supervision, handling resident and board member concerns, and upholding community policies and procedures. Collaboration with team members and maintaining positive client relationships are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Property management skills, including knowledge of HOA/condo association operations and relevant regulatory compliance.
  • Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting, reporting, and expense management.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills to address resident and board member needs.
  • Organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Competency with property management software and other professional tools.
  • Active Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) license is required.
  • Experience managing residential communities and familiarity with Key West or Florida-specific property laws preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain a customer-focused approach to service.
