WPM is looking for an experienced, energetic and friendly individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at our luxury HOHM Apartments, located in the heart of Highlandtown. As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction policy. Previous experience in customer service and sales is required; leasing experience and Entrata experience preferred.
At WPM your job as a Leasing Specialist is to lease apartments to prospective residents by practicing excellent customer service and developing strategies to market the property. You will be expected to guide prospects through their application and rental process while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction focus. Our Leasing Specialists play a crucial role in turning our apartments into homes for our residents by addressing their wants and needs, planning resident events, and thinking outside the box to address issues and concerns. This position is great for those that enjoy and have previous experience in customer service, sales and marketing. Leasing associates are offered a competitive base pay, plus the opportunity to earn COMMISSION & bonuses!
You will be required to work a 5 day week schedule. ** The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm**
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Greeting residents and prospects
- Guiding prospects through their application and rental process
- Touring models and ready vacant apartments
- Maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction focus
- Addressing residents’ their wants and needs
- Planning resident appreciation events
- Marketing the property and place ads on designated sites
- Addressing resident issues and concerns
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Ability to present a positive professional image in appearance, demeanor, and dress
- Ability to operate PC and learn new software
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Outstanding demonstrated sales skills and persuasiveness in overcoming objections
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NALP Certification preferred
- Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred
