Leasing Specialist - 500 & 520 Park Ave.
Location: Historic Mt. Vernon area, Baltimore City
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (based on experience) + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a professional, friendly, and energetic individual with sales and customer service experience to join our leasing team at 500 & 520 Park Ave.

Leasing and Entrata experience is preferred, and ideal candidates should be organized and detail-oriented. Previous experience in leasing or customer service is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Track all phone and walk-in traffic daily, recording it in the system and preparing weekly traffic reports
- Assist applicants throughout the application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected
- Maintain marketing materials to support leasing efforts
- Manage vacancy reports daily, ensuring vacant units are prepared for move-in by completing all checklist items
- Perform minor cleaning of fixtures, floors, and windows to ensure apartments are move-in ready
- Promote resident retention by supporting the Resident Retention Plan and participating in community events
- Assist management in building positive relationships with residents while supporting day-to-day property operations
- Provide assistance to prospects, residents, and vendors by scheduling tours, coordinating maintenance, and sharing building information
- Coordinate, market, and participate in resident outreach and marketing events
- Support Property Managers by preparing documents, spreadsheets, and information packets as needed
- Handle correspondence with residents, contractors, and third parties on behalf of the Property Management team
- Maintain and update resident insurance certificate files
- Assist in maintaining organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems for residents, invoices, purchase orders, and vendors
- Provide phone coverage and administrative support as needed to ensure smooth property operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Present a positive, professional image through appearance, demeanor, and dress
- Proficient in PC use and able to learn new software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and prospects
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred
