Learning & Development Content Creator

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Learning and Development Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts to gather knowledge and transform it into engaging content for our Learning Management System (LMS). This content will include written articles, instructional videos, and other multimedia materials.

How You’ll Contribute To Our Mission:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in various roles to gather key knowledge and insights.
  • Create and format content, such as articles and videos, for our LMS.
  • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.
  • Update and refine content based on feedback and new information.
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to align content with training objectives.

Your background/expertise/abilities:

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Good storytelling ability to create compelling and informative content.
  • Experience in creating video content using Adobe Suite (specifically After Affects, Premiere, and Audition).
  • Ability to understand and summarize complex information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Conceptualizing scripts and converting them to storyboards and then to video.
  • Able to work within specified guidelines with minimal supervision.

A Big Plus If You Have:

  • Familiarity with using ChatGPT.
  • Training, coaching, student mentoring, or other learning and development experience.
  • Using screen capture software such as Camtasia to produce tutorials.
