Our office is looking for a Maintenance lead to help maintain our condominium buildings.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain, monitor, and repair building elements.
• Communicate with the association's contractors.
• Assist the property managers with completing resident requests in a timely manner.
• Work with and assign maintenance technician tasks to be completed
• Inspections of the building, grounds, and public areas
• Order adequate parts and equipment for corrective maintenance of vital systems
• Prep all association buildings for cold weather treatments
