Are you an experienced housekeeping professional with a passion for excellence? Action Property Management, the leader in luxury high-rise residential management, is seeking a Lead Housekeeper for a prestigious high-rise community in Dallas, TX.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all common areas.
  • Perform and oversee daily cleaning tasks, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and quality control to uphold community standards.
  • Respond promptly to resident and management requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in hotels, residential property management, or a similar setting.
  • Strong customer service skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Dependability and reliability to ensure consistency in service.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

$17.60 - $18.60 an hour

Schedule: Sunday -Thursday 9am-5pm
