Action Property Management is seeking a Lead Front Desk professional to join our team at a luxury residential community in downtown Dallas . In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the community, creating a warm and professional environment for residents, guests, and vendors. Whether you’re assisting with daily resident needs or coordinating move-ins, your attention to detail and positive energy will help create a seamless and exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX

Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour + benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and polished atmosphere.

Greet and verify vendors, ensuring required documentation is on file.

Respond to resident and vendor inquiries both in person and by email.

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including elevator scheduling, key handoffs, and resident orientations.

Manage package deliveries and amenity reservations.

Monitor security cameras and report unusual activity.

Partner with the property management and maintenance teams to support resident needs and day-to-day operations.

Perform general administrative tasks, including updating records, preparing reports, and maintaining office organization.

What We’re Looking For

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years of age

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining.

Background in Hospitality Management or Lodging/Hotel Hospitality is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management systems (preferred but not required).
