Summary
This role is for you if you enjoy giving exceptional customer service and teaching others to do the same. He/she will supervisor the Clubhouse facility monitors who ensure it’s well maintained, engage with residents and support numerous social events held daily and throughout the year. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Your Day Will Consist Of The Following Activities
- Supervises work direction, training and guidance to a group of facility monitors.
- Plans and ensures the workload for the facility monitors is balanced and within the scope of their responsibilities. This includes implementing and executing against the daily/weekly projects.
- Initiates plans and systems to ensure the daily work assignments are performed timely and efficiently keeping safety as one of the top priorities.
- Communicates management changes and updates to the evening and weekend staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve maximum staff efficiency.
- Develops a thorough working knowledge of events/changes that have taken place between shifts.
- Ability to create and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.
- Escalation - Ensure management is aware of any work or client issues.
- Assists fellow facility monitors as needed.
- Communicate between departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform all other duties as requested to meet business needs.

- Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, use time management skills and exercise independent judgement
- Ability to work through problems and situations using critical thinking skills
- Ability to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills and roles.
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a manner where everyone feels heard.
- Learners’ mindset and ability to train others to perform tasks in a uniform way.
- Ability to clearly communicate, convey information and ideas through a variety of communication channels.
- Ability to determine when management should be advised of a situation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
