The Lead Beach Club Concierge is an ambassador of first impressions and responsible for assisting homeowners and guests so they can enjoy the beach facilities and all they have to offer. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.

The Beach Club Concierge is an ambassador of first impressions and responsible for assisting homeowners and guests so they can enjoy the beach facilities and all they have to offer. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Supervising beach club staff
- Ensuring all club policies and procedures are being followed
- Offering concierge services
- Extending the highest level of service to residents and guests
- Assisting with facility admittance
- Tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
- Sharing community information including parking regulations and services offered
- Prioritizing tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supervising a staff
- Customer service and hospitality experience
- Professional communication, appearance, and behavior
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
