Internship available for college student with interest in investment property ownership and management. This paid position offers flexible hours and is part-time lasting until project completion (1-2 months). Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office® suite, ability and willingness to learn quickly, ability to think and work independently, effective communication, and strict attention to detail. Dependability and positive attitude are essential. Must have access to a car for business-related travel in the Baltimore area; will be reimbursed for travel at the current government rate.
