Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Part Time Time Landscaper/Maintenance Person at a Luxury
Residential High-Rise Condominium building.
The hours will be from 8:00am-4:00pm. The main responsibilities of this position include ongoing maintenance of the property and grounds, such as weeding, edging, trimming, irrigation repairs, mulching, fertilizing, debris removal, and more. Excellent starting pay based on experience ranging from $18-$20 an hour.

Responsibilities
- Performs grounds maintenance work involving plants, flowers, and other related foliage.
- Responds to work orders or work requests to conduct various grounds maintenance projects as
assigned.
- Performs various grounds maintenance tasks, such as edging landscaped areas, trimming shrubs/palm
fronds, picking up and disposing of clippings, maintaining shrubs and ground cover, cleaning/weeding
flower beds, preparing beds for planting of flowers/shrubs, planting/removing flowers,
planting/mulching trees/shrubs, watering trees/plants, raking/blowing leaves, and picking up
debris/litter.
- Operates a variety of equipment, and tools, which may include an edger, weed eater, leaf blower,
pressure washer, pole saw, hedge clipper, pruner, shovel, rake, ladder, yard tools, or hand tools.
- Communicates with supervisor to coordinate work activities, review status of work, and exchange
information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape and grounds maintenance
- Positive attitude always and punctuality
- Ability to perform irrigation repairs
- Good communication skills
