Landscaper/Groundskeeper - Palo Verde Meadows (Bullhead City, AZ)

Palo Verde Meadows Property Owners Association in Bullhead City, Arizona is seeking a Landscaper/Groundskeeper who loves working outdoors, can follow direction, make good decisions, is responsible, detail oriented and caring. All work will be performed using Association equipment.

This is a full-time position

Essential Functions Of The Job

• Mowing and edging of grass.
• Trimming Shrubs
• Raking and debris removal.
• Operate light vehicles and portable power tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Operation of gas-powered equipment: weed eater, mower, hedge trimmer, blower;
• Operation of hand tools including but not limited to: rakes, pruners, hula hoes, hoes, shovels.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a frequent basis and up to 100 lbs on an occasional basis.
• Minimum of 5 years landscaping experience
• Mechanically inclined

Selected candidate subject to a background check and pre-hire drug screen.
