Are you looking for an opportunity where success comes naturally? Then you may have found your crew. We're looking for a landscaper to join our team!

Here's what you'd do:

You would create beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to various areas throughout Llewellyn Park. You would safely operate commercial-grade landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cutting grass, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment
• Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit and remove damaged branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds and applying mulch
• Picking up trash and debris were needed
• Organizing and keeping recycling areas tidy at all times
• Performing weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe
• Operate snow plow equipment on roads within Llewellyn Park
• Blow leaves and clippings
• Maintain and correctly use issued personal protective equipment
• Ability to operate various lawn care machinery, including mowers, edgers, backpack blowers
• Ability to operate multiple vehicles, with or without trailers
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to lift branches and limbs
• Ability to use a hand saw
• Ability to work hours that may exceed a 12-hour day
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, precipitation)
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with proprietors and LP staff

You might be a good fit if:

You're at least 18 years old

Possess a driver's license. Not a probationary license.

You're enthusiastic and dependable

You're able to safely work with equipment like power saws, chippers, and cutters

Pay is commensurate with experience.
