Job Description

The Landscaping Supervisor will be directly responsible for the property’s landscaping, project management, maintenance and overseeing the crew. We are looking for someone that can communicate effectively and professionally with our employees and residents. Someone who is organized, efficient, personable and works well with others.

Responsibilities and Activities:

 Manage landscape optimizations to improve efficiency
 Schedule and Workload crews to optimize routing density work scope
 Organize and plan equipment packages per crew
 Ensure work performed meets the property's standards
 Proactively communicate property issues with property manager
 Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

3 years exp in Landscape Management
Clean DL (CDL is a Plus). 
Lawn Spraying/Fertilizing/Pest Contro Certification. (Preferred). 
Have strong knowledge of appropriate landscape pruning, trimming techniques, be able to identify Florida trees/plants/shrubs/etc. 
Have basic knowledge and be able to identify irrigation and pest issues that may arise on lawns/plants /trees (insects, fungus, etc.). 
Be able to organize self and others efficiently and generate professional and accurate reporting and paperwork. 
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish). 
Basic Computer Knowledge. 
Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills, Detail Oriented, Versatile, Teachable, Team Player. 

Education:

High school or equivalent
