Job Description
Full Time -Hybrid Role - based in Hollywood, Florida
Hourly range $16.00- $19.00
Job Summary
Provide platform, project and user support for our suite of property technology solutions. Performs functions to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Property Solutions team, including providing administrative support for the Property Solutions team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for platform support, which includes user admin, property set-up, content updates etc. for our suite of property solutions, including Connect, SmartWebs, and custom websites/solutions.
- Respond to user requests for technical and operational use assistance with our suite of Property Solutions, including Connect, SmartWebs, and custom websites/solutions. Identify and troubleshoot problems, research solutions, and resolve user problems and/or recommend technical solutions. Monitor tickets and maintain database and logs of requests, status and work performed. Ensure problems are solved to the users’ satisfaction or escalate unresolved issues to a Property Solutions Specialist for further investigation.
- Update documentations, communications and reports for leadership to review.
- Communicate timely potential issues that may affect standard operations to team and manager
- Participate in appropriate meetings, forums, and trainings to collaborate and maintain up-to-date knowledge on various tools, systems, and processes.
- Review training and orientation materials with associates and requestors to provide guidance with standard operating produres, best practices, system use and capabilities. Deliver in various methods including in person, by webinar, and/or user guides.
- Maintain awareness of property solution and technology evolution and its application to the property operations.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as necessary and/or assigned.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
No supervisory responsibilities.
Education & Experience
Associate’s Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university, and one to two years of administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
- Excellent customer service skills

- Detail oriented and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Proficiency researching the Internet.

Tools & Equipment Used
Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work may involve some driving/traveling to properties.
