Location: Hallandale Beach, FL. Off of A1A

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Friday - Tuesday. Wed and Thursday off

Starting Pay: $15/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Maintenance team is the pillar supporting the operation at our properties. The team ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment at the building are operational and properly maintained. Additionally, our team members are attentive and diligently work to ensure that all common areas are maintained in both an aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.

The ideal candidate possesses experience in painting, plumbing, drywall, joint compound finish, electrical work & HVAC- This opportunity takes place at one of our Luxury High Rise Condominiums in the area of ___.

What you will be doing? (Some of your main responsibilities include):

• Performs routine walking inspections of floors in order to identify problems and report them to supervisors.
• Maintains work equipment in good working condition.
• Performs maintenance repairs in the common areas such as drywall, carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other general areas.
• Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
• While following safety procedures, performs casual labor (e.g., such as moving heavy items) as directed by supervisors.
