Job Description

 

Services will be conducted 2x per week, with the following services to be completed each visit or as needed to maintain a fresh, clean presentable appearance to the residents of the community.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • All purchase receipts will be presented.
  • Dust cob webs under cabana and around entire structure.
  • Clean and sanitize water fountains, toilets, mirrors and hand wash sinks.
  • Fill and maintain hygiene products (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, air freshener).
  • Empty/change out all trash receptacles, spray out and sanitize receptacles.
  • Clean/scrub restroom floors and cabana deck.
  • Wipe down tables and straighten up chairs on pool deck.
  • Blow off cabana/pool deck.
  • Spray any weeks on pool deck with environmentally friendly weed spray.
  • Manage all hygiene/cleaning product back stock and keep storage room clean and neat.

 

Pet Waste Stations (Service will be conducted 2x per week)

 

  • Empty, maintain, and sanitize three (3) Doge Waste stations along walking path of property.
  • Check surrounding area around stations
  • pick up any waste missed.

 

Requirements

 

Knowledge and Skills

 

  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation,

 

safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)

 

  • Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
  • Knowledge of equipment associated with custodial trades
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a

 

proficient level

 

  • Professional customer service skills
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills

 

High School Diploma or GED Required

 

  • 0-3 years of directly related or closely related experience
