Position will be fully remote!
Must be available to attend meetings at AAM Corporate Offices, as applicable.
Responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining AAM’s website products utilizing front-end web-design technologies, with a focus on design and creation of digital imagery, video, multimedia files and graphics for web.
Position Responsibilities
- Leads customer web site design and support including working web support team and other web designer(s) to develop and deploy community websites by utilizing web wizards, HTML, and CSS.
- Manages the deployment of websites to third-party host.
- Creates custom web sites for high-end communities
- Creates graphics for web sites as well as print materials and presentations.
- Designs/modifies corporate sites utilizing Umbraco CMS.
- Conducts photo shoots of new properties for website implementation.
- Manages video development including shoots of training and presentations, post-mastering and embedding in the company’s web sites.
- Conducts in-person and website presentations to potential or existing clients.
- Works to sell upgraded website products to customers.
- Participates in on-going education, support and/or training related to web sites.
- Manages the purchasing process of domains and hosting including vendor relationship.
- Provides training to AAM employees on website utilization.
- Performs other IT duties as required.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Expert level design skills with Photoshop.
- Experience with web design technologies such JavaScript/Bootstrap.
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office.
- Comfortable with public speaking and conducting website presentations.
- Experience with common web production frameworks (HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, etc.).
- Expert-level experience with Photoshop.
- Experience setting up and administering websites (host/account/DNS set up).
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office products.
- Intermediate level HTML5 or comparable web presentation technology design skills.
- Basic level video editing and photography skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: positive written and verbal communication abilities (position entails extensive email and phone interaction and presentations with clients and internal employees).
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- May sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to carry laptop, screen and projector and set up equipment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
