CCMC is currently seeing a highly motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ!

The IT Support Technician will provide end-user support via the IT Support Phone line, the online Help Desk ticketing system, and desk-side support.
What You’ll Accomplish
Document, track, and monitor computer problems to ensure timely resolution
Answer the IT Help Desk support phone and resolve Help Desk tickets
Assist all employees with technical issues
Assist new employees setup - user creation, mailbox, and other custom logins
Collaborate with the IT team members to resolve technical issues
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer focus
Self-starter
Able to work independently in meeting the goals of the IT department
Strong documentation skills
Windows 10 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Understanding of a Windows Active Directory environment
Experience with multi-site Active Directory infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange 2016 and with VOIP phone setup and configuration
Ability to periodically work outside regular work hours for system maintenance windows and IT projects
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
