Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: After an orientation period, this position is 80% remote, with 20% travel to office locations in Springfield, Flemington, Marlton, Galloway, and Hillsborough.
Candidates must be located in New Jersey or Pennsylvania to be considered due to regular travel to the above locations.

We are a forward-thinking Property Management organization seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical support across multiple office locations, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and delivering exceptional service to our end-user community.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for a wide range of computer systems, software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on systems, software, hardware, and networking equipment.
- Stay current with technological developments and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including inventory management and support ticket tracking.
- Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and partners to resolve technical issues within scope.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users, translating technical information into easy-to-understand language.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Cloud Services, Office 365, and other relevant platforms.
- Travel to office locations in Springfield, Flemington, Marlton, Galloway, and Hillsborough, NJ, as needed.
Requirements
- General knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware, networking, and communications.
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Services and Office 365 suite (highly preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Commitment to IT as a service, with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to identify root causes of technical issues and follow troubleshooting steps effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple office locations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
