Responsibilities

Property & casualty insurance license required

  • Commercial insurance agency that provides insurance to condo and homeowners associations is in search of an experienced Insurance Agency Manager comfortable managing the daily operations of the agency.
  • Oversee the policy quoting
  • Ensure all service needs are met on time and as needed
  • Provide assistance to the team where needed to keep daily work-flow running smoothly.
  • Will assist with quoting both new and renewal business with a goal of having policy quotes out at least 30 days ahead of renewal.
  • Assist with training of department
  • Works closely with Director of department and other executives to maintain desired service levels
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Property and casualty license required Minimum of 5 years commercial insurance experience
  • College degree
  • Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Ability to work in an agency management system
  • Strong understanding of commercial property and liability insurance
  • Lead the team’s daily operations
  • Comfortable reading through insurance policies to answer questions for insureds and outside parties
  • Hybrid work schedule

Pay and Benefits:

$65,000 to $80,000, depending on education and experience.
