We're in search of an HR Generalist to join our team, specializing in managing employee relations matters and inquiries, overseeing employee accommodation requests, and guaranteeing cross-functional HR compliance. This role involves navigating a variety of complex HR topics, minimizing business risks, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment for our employees.

Your impact

  • Conduct unbiased and thorough investigations into any employee relations matters and provide clear and well-aligned recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborate closely with the employee relations (people operations, legal, compliance & ethics) team to ensure appropriate execution of recommended actions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all workplace accommodation requests, assessing needs, making determinations, and effectively communicating decisions to employees.
  • Strengthen our HR compliance program by ensuring adherence with all relevant HR requirements. Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's policies and practices remain compliant. Establish processes and routines to ensure cross-functional HR compliance
  • Support with additional people operations projects and tasks as needed.

Must have

  • Experience handling and resolving various employee relations issues including workplace investigations.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations impartially while maintaining meticulous documentation.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and pay immaculate attention to detail.


Nice to have

  • Experience managing workplace accommodation requests.
  • Experience managing HR compliance programs.


Compensation & Benefits

The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $72,000-$90,000

The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
