$17.00 - $18.50 an hour

Overview:

Our housekeeping team keeps everything looking clean and fresh at our properties. This team serves our properties by providing a clean and sanitized environment every day. The housekeeping team is self-motivated; detail-oriented and focused on maintaining all common areas. The ideal candidate possesses experience in housekeeping or janitorial and a thorough understanding on the use of cleaning supplies and machines. This opportunity takes places at one of our Luxury High Rise Condominiums in the area of Nashville.

What you will be doing (Some of your main responsibilities include):

• Cleans and services the common area buildings: office, restrooms, meeting halls, pool decks, grounds, and parking lots
• Sweeps, vacuums, and mops floors and stairways
• Gathers and disposes of waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.
• Keep Dog Stations
• Makes rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals as assigned; inspects doors, windows, and locks to see that they are properly and securely fastened
• Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies
• Performs related work as assigned
