Job Qualifications:
- Food Handler's/ServSafe Certification.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
- Greet and seat customers.
- Make restaurant reservations, and maintain the reservation book.
- Be aware of events and weddings that require closures.
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
- Removes dishes, silverware, glassware, and all other items when guests are finished.
- Clears all table items after the guest is finished and has left the table.
- Performs all closing duties/side work before the end of the shift.
- Supports other Front-of-House positions as needed, providing a seamless guest experience to all.
- Other duties as assigned.
