HOA FINANCIAL MANAGER
Monthly bank reconciliations for 40-50 + Residential Community Associations (HOAs and Condos).
Prepare financial reporting including balance sheets, budget variances, income statements, aged receivables and check registers.
Monthly ACH transmission and confirmation.
AP/AR entries.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Annual Budget Formulation.
Facilitate end year audit with Board approved CPA If needed, occasional attendance of HOA Board of Directors meetings.
Requirements and Preferences :
Minimum of 5 years of finance experience required.
HOA Experience required.
Experience working with Community Associations strongly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business area a plus.
