Reporting to the Compliance Inspector Manager, the Compliance Inspector is responsible for the enforcement of the community’s covenants by conducting periodic inspections of communities and surrounding common areas to ensure residents' compliance with the Associations' Covenants and architectural standards in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of home lots and homes for the purpose of identifying violations of Governing Documents and reinspect to assure that any previously identified violations have been corrected.

Maintain knowledge of each assigned community’s covenants and restrictions as well as follow any Board requests in regard to enforcement.

Properly identify violations in accordance to each respective community’s governing documents and maintain documentation with supporting evidence and database to track violations and their remediation.

Communicate violation fines through letters to homeowners and monitor resolution.

Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.

Prepare and provide weekly and monthly reports regarding the results of the inspection process to the Director of Operations.

Provide information for Community Managers for any scheduled hearings by the homeowner that will be presented to the Board for consideration.

Establish and adhere to drive orders for inspection schedule.

Effectively utilize and maintain upkeep of all tools and equipment.

Maintain company vehicle , to include properly scheduled maintenance.

Submit expense reports each month.

Qualification/requirement:

0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience

Professional communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal).

Detail oriented with exceptional time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Ability to represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Works well in a team and individual environment.

Ability to drive in varying traffic conditions for 4- 6 hours daily.

Experience/Training:

Associate degree; or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 3 or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
