HOA Community Portfolio Manager - HOAMCO (Flagstaff, AZ)

HOAMCO Flagstaff is seeking dynamic professional to join our team . The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of communities in the Flagstaff area. Qualifications:

  • Business Management experience needed, HOA Management experience plus.
  • Project management and Leadership skills required.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Professional and friendly Demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Follow through and follow up a must.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Works well independently.
  • Team player.
  • Computer savvy – Outlook, Word, and Excel, One Drive and Share Point.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State, federal and local laws.
  • Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board Packets.
  • Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents.
  • Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget.
  • Manage and maintain community documents and records.
  • Review of contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project Management.
  • Ensure vendors and contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service.
  • Community communications as needed.

Background and drug screening for the selected candidate.
