HOA Community Portfolio Manager - HOAMCO (Flagstaff, AZ)

We are seeking to hire a Community Portfolio Manager. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of communities in the Flagstaff area. This is a great opportunity for right candidate to grow with an amazing company .

Full-time position and benefits are available after 60 days: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Holiday Pay and more!

We are asking for a three-year commitment for this position, a seasoned HOA Portfolio Manager.

Qualifications:

  • HOA Management experience is required
  • Management skills a must
  • Professional and friendly Demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Works wells independently
  • Team player
  • Computer savvy – Outlook , Word, and Excel, One Drive and Share Point

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State , federal and local laws.
  • Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board Packets
  • Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents.
  • Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget
  • Manage and maintain community documents and records.
  • Review contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project Management
  • Ensure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service.
  • Community communications as needed.

References Required; Background and drug screening for the selected candidate.
