Job Description
CiraConnect provides world-class cloud-based software and on-demand “back-office” shared services (SaaS) for self-managed community associations, professional community association management companies and residential real estate developers servicing the needs of homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium associations, cooperatives, luxury high-rises, municipal utility districts and large master planned communities. CiraConnect maintains an in-house software development team that places a premium on integrated software solutions and business process automation as tools to enable our employees to better service our clients and increase their job satisfaction.
CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has multiple exciting opportunities for accounting professionals to join our Accounts Receivable Services team in servicing client management companies and community associations. You will have the opportunity to perform in a technology driven environment using our internally developed world-class accounting and financial reporting software. Our large and growing Shared Services team provides opportunities for career advancement into accounting team management and other advanced positions.
Responsibilities
The HOA Client Onboarding Account Manager is responsible for new client community association on-boarding onto the CiraConnect SaaS platform from start to completion.
Responsibilities include:
Planning, executing, monitoring and closing new client integration projects within target time-frames
Obtaining and analyzing financial, business and legal documents in order to best configure the platform to meet client needs
Communicating process, procedures and status with internal staff and client representatives
Developing process improvement and efficiency strategies
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the manager
Remote / Hybrid
Qualifications
Account management, project management or new client onboarding/acquisition experience (preferred)
Advanced skills in MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat (including OCR)
Advanced technical skills and ability to quickly learn / adapt to new software
Excellent customer service skills with written and verbal communication
Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
Ability to conform to established protocol and system integration processes
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analysis and problem-solving
Requires being the point of contact and escalation for the first 90 days of new relationship
Pay and Benefits:
$60,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience.
