Job Description
HOA Community Association Manager – Prescott Lakes (Prescott, AZ).
We are seeking to hire a seasoned Community Association Manager. This Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects to ensure the smooth running of the Prescott Lakes community located in Prescott, AZ. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Qualifications:
- HOA Management experience is required.
- Management skills are a must.
- Professional and friendly Demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Works well independently.
- Team player.
- Computer savvy – Outlook, Word, and Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State, federal, and local laws.
- Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board Packets.
- Oversee with the Compliance Administrator, CC&Rs, and governing documents.
- Assist the Board of Directors with the Annual Budget.
- Manage and maintain community documents and records.
- Review contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project Management.
- Ensure vendors', contractors' requests are appropriately executed, maintaining records of service.
- Community communications as needed.
